This is a package of services that facilitates the choice of a registered office or a secondary office. The registered office of the EPC law firm is at disposal for your corporate documentation.

Legal Seat

The subscription to the package of our services includes:

• using the address of the EPC law firm as legal domicile;
• receiving business, legal and tax correspondence;
• optional services or consumption-based services (reception of faxes, copying, Internet, fax or SMS notices etc.).

Annual fee for this service: EUR 660, VAT included
Contractual term: one year, tacitly renewable Payment: quarterly, in advance.

Business Seat

• The subscription to the package of our services includes:
• using the address of the documentary credits  EPC law firm as business seat (secondary office);
• receiving business correspondence;
• optional services or consumption-based services (reception of faxes, copying, Internet, fax, SMS or phone notices etc.).

Annual fee for this service: EUR 300, VAT included

Contractual term: one year, tacitly renewable
Payment: quarterly, in advance.
